After having written a funny post on tummy, I wanted to write a 10 pointer on simple easy to buy foods that could be beneficial to us, help us feel energetic and improve our health and battle against body fatNote: These foods works best when combined with an all round regular exercise regimen( it could be anything from stretching your arms and legs or walking on the treadmill for atleast half an hour everyday).1. Oatmeal
Oats are slow to digest and provide you a steady sustained flow of energy to take you through the first few hours of the day. Its always good to have a oatmeal with a cup of milk for breakfast everyday!
2. Tomatoes
Tomatoes are rich in carotenoid - which have proved to improve immunity as well as the risk of developing heart attacks. To gain more resistance eat more tomatoes, but folks with Kidney trouble you'd better consult your physician before eating this!
3. Almonds
