Eat Healthy, Think Better - Tin tinda din!

Just like a "Teach yourself in 21 days" or "An Idiots guide for dummies..."(I dont understand how these guys find that I'm an Idiot :) ), I wanted to write a "10 Easy ways to effective eating and life"

1. Dont eat till your stomach is full and is about to explode! It causes lot of stress to your stomach and digestive system
2. Dont eat too much or in a hurry when you are hungry - take more fruits and juice/water during the day, Beware water on the contrary to most people's belief should not be intaken more as it is a universal solvent - instead drink more juice or eat solid food as fruits!
3. Again on contrary to the belief of eating bananas(or any fruit) after lunch/dinner - eat fruits(especially citrus) before lunch/dinner - it will easily help in breaking starch or fat!
4. It has been observed that body takes less fat during the day time than at night - so an occasional slumber of icecreams or any fat will not trouble you if you eat during the day time
5. Donot sleep after a lunch, because u consume more energy sleeping than sitting and besides when you sleep it is proved that more oxygen is used by your brain than the other organs!
6. Donot walk immediately after lunch or dinner either -for the same above mentioned reason
7. Yoga can have a potential impact on your body - so donot practice yoga's without counsel, it may require to change your food habits too!
8. Pranayamam is a wonderful overall exercise that helps in regulating the pressure in your body. Practice pranayamam for atleast half an hour before eating either in the morning or at night!
9. Donot take bath immediately after eating - for the same reason as in 5.
10. Finally, pay attention and respect when eat your food! Avoid watching TV or doing anything that distracts you. A survey has even proved that enthusiastically eating food is easily absorbed by body than eating it without interest or detest!

most of them dont know this. actually my doc advised that its always better to walk in mornings rather after dinner.

good points.. and yea eat some good vegan food.. like loads of vegetables.. soy.. wheat.. a balance of stuff.. with gobs of water throughout the day.. and exercise if u can.. hehe.. and u will keep good health for yourself and do good to the planet and animals aswell :-D
